Join Sirona care & health as a Children in Care and Adoption Supervisor (Band 4) and play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable children and young people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary service committed to improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities for children in care and those on the adoption pathway. You will be at the heart of a busy, supportive team, providing high-quality administrative and supervisory support to Children in Care Nurses and the wider service. Acting as a key point of contact, you will liaise daily with healthcare professionals, social care, carers and partner agencies, ensuring the smooth coordination of statutory health assessments and maintaining accurate, confidential records. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of our Review Health Assessments (RHAs), helping to ensure high quality health care for children in our service. RHAs are carried out by a specialist nurse, who will meet with the child in a setting that suits their needs – this may be the foster carer's home, a clinic, or a school environment.
