Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Carlisle Station. Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour. Hours : Full Time (39 hours). Shifts : Rotational shifts between 6am and 9pm, including some weekends. Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL: Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided). Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
