What You’ll Do:
* Safely Operate a Class 2 Refuse Collection Vehicle:Drive responsibly around local routes, ensuring the safety of pedestrians, other vehicles, and your team.
* Team Collaboration with Loaders:Work closely with the loading team to ensure timely and efficient collection.
* Assist with Loading When Necessary:Occasionally lend a hand with loading tasks, fostering teamwork and ensuring all refuse is collected efficiently.
* Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
What You’ll Need:
* Conduct Vehicle Checks and Keep Paperwork Up to Date:
* Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures:
* Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
* Valid CPC and Digi Card
* Good Attitude and Team Spirit:
* Safety Boots and Hi-Vis:
* Licence with No More Than 6 Points
Hours and Pay:
* Start between 06:45 and 07:00 for a structured work schedule.
* Competitive per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role.
