We're recruiting an Operational Lead/Manager to lead the CAMHS Single Point of Access team.
Overview
We will offer you the opportunity to join the Buckinghamshire CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA), a friendly and supportive, well‑established, and knowledgeable multi‑professional team and support you through regular supervision and opportunities to lead on and contribute to service improvements. We want to help you grow in your career and will be willing to provide training and shadowing to help you develop the knowledge and skills that will help you in this management role.
Responsibilities
* To be responsible for the operational management of the Bucks CAMHS Single Point of Access, contributing to planning, co‑ordinating, delivering and evaluating the relevant service. To take a lead role in developing teams and services in CAMHS and to ensure the delivery of high‑quality care.
* The Operational Lead will work alongside the Service Manager in making a contribution to overall Directorate strategy/policy to ensure the Directorate delivers its quality, quality improvement, people, finance and performance objectives (in regard to the service they manage).
* The Operations Lead will also work with the Service Manager and Senior Lead of Quality and Governance on research development and programmes for their service.
