What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting, with children between the ages of 0-5.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Skills and Qualities we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring, positive, and nurturing approach.
* A genuine passion for contributing to a high-quality learning environment.
* The ability to create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 years.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, tailoring learning to individual needs.
* Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
