Responsibilities:
* Act as the conduit between Business and Technology stakeholders
* Lead Salesforce-related discovery activities and requirements clarification
* Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and map future state business processes
* Ensure user stories accurately reflect business and technical requirements
* Contribute to business and technical refinement sessions
* Design and present Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugins to aid in solution visualization and requirement definition
Requirements:
* Financial Services industry experience, ideally within mortgages
* Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud at an enterprise level
* Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Partner Accreditation is highly desirable
* Strong understanding and ability to design declarative Salesforce solutions
* High attention to detail and quality of deliverables
