The role
Ready to take ownership of a high-impact retail tiering programme and turn strategy into real results?
As our Retail Programmes Manager, youll be at the centre of it all, working on the delivery and evolution of a flagship Ambassador programme for Samsung. Youll connect insight, engagement and performance to shape how products are experienced, recommended and sold.
WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
Work on the delivery and ongoing development of the Ambassador tiering programme, driving engagement, progression and performance across retail channels
Manage campaigns, events and opportunities that bring the programme to life, from content creation to focus groups and incentives
Work closely with the Retail Programmes Executive to deliver seamless logistics, campaign execution and data management
Build and manage relationships with external agencies to support best-in-class campaign delivery
Partner with key channel stakeholders to drive collaboration, innovation and programme success
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external teams, gathering feedback and ensuring strong execution across the board
Track engagement and performance, using data and insights to continuously improve results and influence strategy
Deliver clear, insight-led reporting, turning performance into actionable plans
WHAT YOULL BRING
Experience managing retail, field or engagement programmes
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive ROI
Confident communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Highly organised with solid project management experience (Asana is a plus)
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
