New high-end restaurant opening in Central London with a dedicated cocktail bar and private dining space.
Looking for a Beverage Manager with presence, personality and the ability to build a following.
You will:
* Lead and develop a high-level bar team
* Build a strong bar identity and loyal customer base
* Create a world-class cocktail programme with award potential
* Oversee both the main bar and dispense for a busy restaurant
* Drive standards across service, drinks and team performance
You must have:
* Experience running a high-volume, premium cocktail bar
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality scene in Central London
* Established supplier relationships
* A commercial mindset with ideas around events, activations and brand partnerships
Package:
* £55,000–£60,000
* Immediate start preferred or short notice
