Quote Coordinator – Manufacturing
Hayes, Middlesex | Full Time, Temp Role (Duration TBC) | Mon–Thu 8:15–5:00, Fri 8:15–12:45
An established and growing manufacturing business in Hayes is looking to bring on a Quote Coordinator to support its commercial and sales operations. With a strong customer base and a busy, team-focused environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive customer contact and has a keen eye for turning quotes into confirmed business. If you’re confident on the phone, love building relationships, and thrive on securing results, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of sales opportunities (typically under £10k) and follow up with customers to secure orders
• Regularly engage with clients via phone and email to maintain communication and move quotes forward
• Keep CRM and internal tracking systems updated to reflect current opportunity status
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Use commercial judgement to support the team in winning new business
• Assist with general office duties and ad hoc support as needed by the Bid Manager

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Organised and detail-conscious, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Proficient in Excel and general IT tools; knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not essential
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
