Overview
We\'re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading by example, coaching teams to exceed targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You\'ll play a key role in driving sales, maximising KPIs, and creating a positive, high-energy store environment. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
* Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a winning team culture
* Support product knowledge and sales training across the team
* Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and security procedures
* Support stock management, visual standards, and operational excellence
About You
* Previous experience as a Assistant Store Manger, Supervisor or Key Holder in a retail environment
* Passionate about customer service and team development
* Confident coaching and improving individual KPI performance
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance sales and service
* Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
