One of our established clients is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis until the end of March.
The business was founded almost 10 years ago to boost innovation and research capabilities in the UK. They operate across the entire UK with a combined budget of over £6 billion, investing in Medical, Biotechnology, and Environmental research.
This role involves working as part of the Operations Directorate team, documenting detailed technical requirements, mapping out As-Is and To-Be processes, and assisting the architecture team in designing solutions.
To be considered, you need experience in:
* Proven technical analyst experience with the Salesforce platform
* Experience in documenting technical requirements, user stories, process maps, and identifying dependencies
* Experience working with agile development teams and stakeholders
* Confidence in the entire Software Development Lifecycle
* Experience specifying, designing, or configuring digital solutions, especially related to loan management
* Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data, analyzing scenarios, and investigating impacts of changes
* Experience with web-based CRMs or similar tools
