Overview

Part-Time Account Manager - Key Client
Location: Ashford (Hybrid, onsite with client once a week)

This role focuses on owning the recruitment service for one of ManpowerGroup's most important and prestigious clients, onsite in Ashford. The Account Manager will be the primary on-site contact, handling both temporary and permanent staffing needs with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related enquiries, representing Manpower professionally onsite.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions.
* Conduct weekly reporting and ensure accuracy using advanced Excel skills.
* Hold monthly review meetings with client stakeholders and onsite staff.
* Carry out regular compliance and audit checks, ensuring all standards are met.
* Stay up to date with the local candidate market, proactively sourcing talent and maintaining strong pipelines.
* Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to spec in suitable candidates to meet business needs.
* Provide forward-thinking, innovative recruitment solutions to support the client's growth and success.


About You

* Previous recruitment experience is essential - onsite account management experience highly desirable.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational ability with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
* Advanced skills in Excel (reporting and data management).
* Able to work independently while being a trusted extension of our client's team.
