Job Description
3. Assist in managing the recruitment process from posting job advertisements to onboarding successful candidates.
4. Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate information.
7. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
8. Support the team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment guidelines.
10. Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes.
The Successful Applicant
11. Previous experience or knowledge in Human Resources or recruitment processes within the education sector
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
13. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (ideally LinkedIn and Cezanne).
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
15. An eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
