Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.
2. Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of students with SEN such as autism or ADHD.
3. Collaborate with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
4. Offer emotional support to boost confidence and self-esteem.
5. Track and monitor student progress, working with the SENCO to develop and review support plans.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable students in alternative provisions is necessary.
* Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Genuine commitment to supporting children's well-being and academic growth.
