We are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and flexible operational team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious business with a strong pipeline of long-term work with blue-chip clients across utilities and civil infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities


* Support tendering and cost control within civil engineering and earthworks projects.
* Attend site visits and help scope works using technical plans and construction details.
* Monitor contract performance, driving cost-efficiency and value engineering.
* Manage procurement for subcontractors, plant, and materials.
* Implement and monitor risk and cost-control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, and timeframes.
* Handle monthly valuations and detailed cost reporting.
* Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
