Overview

Project Support Administrator – Loughborough

We’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our team to provide top-notch protection and peace of mind to clients. Responsibilities

* Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
* Support project managers in resource management and allocation.
* Handle payment applications and invoicing.
* Schedule site visits for the installation team and raise jobs in the system.
* Take inbound calls from customers and engineers.
* Order and dispatch system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits.
* Liaise with engineers regarding accommodation and travel arrangements.


Qualifications And Skills

* 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field (not essential).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
