Lettings Repairs and Property Visits Administrator
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7RJ
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time

Primarily serving the Nuneaton area, we aim to provide first-class service in the sale and marketing of properties. Our main objectives are customer focus and customer satisfaction, covering all aspects of sales and lettings and they are dedicated to supporting their clients every step of the way.
The Role
* Organising and coordinating property repairs
* Conducting property visits
* Liaising with contractors, tenants and property owners
* Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed in a reasonable timeframe
* Managing property records
* Assisting with budget management
* Providing excellent customer service
Skills and Qualifications
* Property management skills
* Knowledge of The Renters Rights Bill
* Level 3 Propertymark or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
* Knowledge of Homes Fit for Habitation and Awaabs Law
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using computer software and databases
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
