Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor seeking a new job in Glasgow?
Concentrix is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join an exciting new campaign in wealth management operating from our centre of excellence in the city centre Hope St office. Shift patterns are expected to be Monday – Friday 9.00-18.00 however some flexibility may be required.
* Pay - Hourly rate of £12.25
* Location - In office role
* Address - 67 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6AE
* Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours, shift pattern hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Your main tasks will be to:
* Analyse customer data from core systems with outreach to Advisers / Customers where information is missing.
* Accurately enter customer data in the risk assessment system
* Ensure data is consistent and take ownership of the end-to-end journey
* Search and find additional information on external websites or databases where required and undertake screening where appropriate
