Temporary ongoing role - Receptionist & Administrator - Immediate start!
Front of house Receptionist/Administrator working for our long-standing reputable client based in Stalybridge.
Duties:-
You will be responsible to ensure all visitors and calls are welcomed in a professional manner, helping and assisting with any queries and providing basic admin support. Working on the Front of House Reception 2.5 days a week and supporting back office admin functions 2.5 days a week.
Tasks will include:-
Answering the main switchboard, taking and transferring calls and messages, welcoming in and recording guests/visitors, providing refreshments, managing the meeting room diary and booking rooms, assisting the finance team with basic administrative duties, requesting PO's, updating data, filing, shredding etc.
This is a temporary role estimated to go until Xmas which will then be reviewed.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Receptionist experience/Front of house - taking calls and meeting and greeting visitors
Administration experience
Professional with excellent clear verbal communication skills
Helpful can do attitude
Computer-literate - MS Word, Word, Excel
