Responsibilities
* Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims in line with policy terms.
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, dealerships, and repair partners.
* Communicate effectively with repairers and main dealer workshops.
* Ensure accurate and timely claim validation.
* Maintain complete and consistent claim records using internal systems.
* Support continuous improvement of claims processes and team collaboration.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of motor vehicles (training provided for non-technical profiles).
* Strong administrative and IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential).
* Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with customers.
* A team-first attitude with a proactive and positive mindset.
* Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and stay accountable.
* Provide knowledge of UK automotive warranty products.
