We are building multi-sector marketing team helping ourselves and clients build brands, generate leads, and drive growth through creative and data-driven campaigns. We work across industries — including property, retail, F&B, and professional services.
We are now seeking a marketing manager to join the team and lead client campaigns with energy, creativity, and commercial focus.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing tailored strategies, and ensuring successful delivery of multi-channel campaigns. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and contribute to the company's growth by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights to clients.
Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and traditional media.
Plan and oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
Monitor performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
Team Collaboration
Lead and mentor junior marketing staff and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners.
Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and brand requirements.
Contribute ideas to new business pitches and agency marketing.
Budget & Reporting
Manage campaign budgets effectively and track project profitability.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both clients and senior management.
Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (CIM or equivalent qualification desirable).
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a marketing agency or multi-client environment.
Proven track record in planning and delivering successful campaigns across multiple sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Instagram, Facebook, Google, RED and CRM).
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
