We’re looking for a passionate SENCo to drive outstanding SEND provision and make a lasting impact on learners with additional needs. You will: Continue to evaluate and develop the City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Forms SEND practice Support and train staff across the College Oversee EHCPs, and support students with identified additional needs, providing interventions so all students succeed Manage Learning Support Assistants and champion inclusive teaching Work with students, families & external agencies Teach, inspire and ensure every learner thrives If you’re ready to empower learners and shape the future of inclusive education — apply now!
