Job Description
Checkout.com is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Share Plans Manager to join our Reward team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery and evolution of our global equity programs in a fast-growing fintech environment. In this role, you will support the management and administration of share plans, helping to ensure they operate effectively and align with business needs. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to senior stakeholders, while playing a key role in delivering a high‑quality employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and enhancement of share plans in line with business priorities and growth.
* Assist in preparing materials and analysis to support senior leadership on equity compensation topics.
* Manage the day‑to‑day administration of equity plans, ensuring accuracy of records and reporting.
* Support compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Finance, and Tax teams).
* Support vendor relationships, including share plan software providers and other third parties.
* Contribute to the delivery of operational and administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvements.
* Assist in the preparation of reporting metrics and analysis to support decision‑making.
* Support employee communications and education initiatives related to equity programs.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years’ experience in equity compensation or reward, ideally within a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
* Experience supporting share plan administration, with some exposure to global equity programs.
* Working knowledge of equity compensation, including basic tax, legal, and regulatory considerations.
* Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
* Good analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Ability to balance operational responsibilities with project‑based work.
* Experience with share plan systems or HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
