Private Client Solicitor/ Fee Earner
Ewell – £40,000 - £65,000
A reputable law firm located in Surrey is currently looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
2. Provide expert advice to clients on legal issues related to private client services.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
4. Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices.
5. Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
6. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure comprehensive client support.
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Fee Earner with 3 plus experience within private client
8. Demonstrable experience in managing a varied private client caseload.
9. Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
