Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistic and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the warehouse team during night shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
2. Oversee unloading of inbound trunks from three suppliers (Allied, Hovis & Braces) and reloading delivery route vehicles for onward supply to stores across the Southwest.
3. Organise vehicle loads and liaise with both warehouse and driving teams to maintain operational flow.
