Were looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper to join our busy team, and help keep our finances running smoothly. This is a flexible role with the opportunity to work around your schedule - ideal for someone looking to balance out work with other commitments.
Responsibilities:
Entering sales and purchase invoices and payments.
Making payments to suppliers.
Dealing with customer overdue accounts.
Checking supplier invoices costs against orders.
Bank reconciliation.
Handling the monthly payroll.
Running the VAT quarter end and submitting VAT Return.
Completing various admin tasks associated with the bookkeeping function.
As were a small business, you would take full responsibility for taking care of the books, and would report directly to the directors.
Requirements:
Previous bookkeeping and some payroll experience is essential.
