You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles — from initiation and planning through to execution and closure — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle delivery across transformation, change, or technology programmes
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
* Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
* Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, third-party vendors)
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outputs
* Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders
* Support business development activities where required (e.g., proposals, scoping, client discussions)
* Contribute to internal project management standards, frameworks, and best practice
Essential
* 5+ years’ experience post graduation in project management (consulting or client-facing environment preferred)
* Proven track record delivering business, digital, or technology change projects
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, and delivery teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
* Experience within a consultancy or professional services firm
