As they continue to grow, they're now looking for an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering to play a pivotal role within their London office.
The Role
Lead and inspire teams delivering electrical design for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Take ownership of project briefs, scopes of work, and play a key role in winning bids.
Manage budgets, programmes and technical quality across large-scale schemes.
Work closely with UK and international teams to deliver integrated, world-class solutions.
Build capability, mentor future leaders and strengthen the electrical engineering offering.What You'll Bring
Chartered or Fellow Electrical Engineer (CEng/FIET).
Significant experience in the water sector, ideally with exposure to other infrastructure markets.
Strong technical background in LV/HV systems, MCCs/switchgear, process/industrial electrical installations, and UK design standards (HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX).
A proven track record as a technical leader within multidisciplinary project delivery.
Commercial awareness and drive to grow client relationships and business opportunities.Why Join?
