New Homes Sales Advisor - Northampton / Wellingborough
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to support the launch of an exciting new residential development in Wellingborough, within the wider Northampton area. This is a key role within the project, offering the opportunity to shape the customer journey from the very beginning.
The successful candidate must have proven experience working in new homes sales, with a strong understanding of the full new-build sales process — from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, progression, and completion. You will be confident working independently, building rapport with buyers, and delivering a polished, professional customer experience.
You will begin on a 2-day working pattern, increasing to 3-4 days per week as the development progresses and customer activity grows. The site is due to launch in June, with beautifully designed Show Homes opening in October/November, giving you the opportunity to be involved from the ground up. Working hours are 9am-5pm, and the package includes a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, offering excellent earning potential for someone driven by results and exceptional service. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded New Homes professional who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and takes pride in guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
