Job Role
5. Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily kitchen activities.
6. Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
7. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
8. Help with menu planning, including the creation of new recipes and seasonal specials.
9. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
10. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
