1. Pay & Remuneration: £40,000 + OTE £56,000 - £64,000
2. Hours: 45 Hours per week are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Every Other Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm, Day off Thursday.

Who Our Car Dealer Client is Looking For?
25. Demonstrable experience in a Sales Management role within a Main Dealership or similar environment.
26. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
27. Strong planning and organisational abilities.
28. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
29. The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing Sales team.
30. A full UK Driving Licence.
