Job description
Would you like a job that is different every day, rewarding and fun-filled? Are you passionate about baby swimming and would you like to teach children a life-saving skill?
We are looking for that special someone to join our team of swimming teachers in the Bolton and North Manchester area.
No previous experience is necessary as we provide all of the training. But we do require you to have a full driving licence. The job role will include hours at the weekend across our pools.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead customers and their children in weekly swimming classes, delivering the highest quality of tuition in line with Water Babies' standards.
2. Collaborate with the office support team, identifying customer needs to ensure effective support of children's learning.
3. Communicate professionally about venues and partners to maintain high expectations and standards.
4. Provide weekly feedback on each class to the office support team.
5. Ensure all Water Babies Health and Safety standards and procedures are maintained at all times.
6. Clean, sterilise and maintain all equipment in accordance with current guidance.
7.Correctly complete and submit timesheet on the required date each month.
1. Provide teaching cover for other classes throughout the franchise area when required.
2. Promote Water Babies at events, through word of mouth and distribution of leaflets.
3. Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required by the business.
Current hours:
Monday 5pm - 8pm
Thursday 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Sunday - various shifts available
More hours will become available.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: £17.50-£25.00 per hour
