As a Modern Apprentice, youâll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR administration and recruitment, working alongside a supportive team. Assisting with operational activities across all HR disciplines including resourcing, logistics, training, compensation, benefits, training, competence assurance you will complete a recognized qualification to build your professional skills.\n\n HR Administration\nâ¢\tPrepare employment contracts and process new starter documentation.\nâ¢\tMaintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll updates.\nâ¢\tSupport onboarding and induction activities.\nâ¢\tHandle correspondence for changes in employment terms and leaver processes.\nLogistics, Training and Recruitment Support\nâ¢\tPost job adverts and assist with candidate communication.\nâ¢\tCoordinate interviews and manage travel/accommodation bookings.\nâ¢\tHelp with PPE ordering and onboarding logistics.\nâ¢\tManage the team mailbox and prioritise activities\nâ¢\tDelivering pre-mobilisation training eg face fits\nâ¢\tManaging PPE stocks\nâ¢\tBooking accommodation and travel\nProject & Team Support\nâ¢\tUpdate HR systems and ensure compliance with data protection standards.\nâ¢\tProcess paperwork using HR systems\n\n Recent school or college leavers with Nat 5 in English and Maths as a minimum.
