The Creative Services Executive will first and foremost support the Creative Services team to deliver Brand Activations and Event & Digital Experiences that bring our client's brand & strategy aims to life across a variety of touch points. Within an overall hospitality programme or a stand-alone project at a major event, you will be responsible for tasks related to the overall creative ideation process, planning, design, production and delivery of multiple projects across multiple events. This is a hybrid role working remotely, from our office in Hampton Wick and with the possibility of international business travel. We are ideally looking for someone who can start in November 2025 or earlier. Key Responsibilities: To support in the creation, planning and operational delivery of a variety of environments and brandactivations for client programmes at large-scale events To support in building key project documents – budgets, proposals, etc. To support the Creative Services team to help optimise department efficiency & ensure well-managed &consistent creative output Ensuring brand tools & templates are consistently up to date for the rest of the business andcommunicating updates Navigating relationships with local suppliers and procuring the latest product brochures, as well as stayingon top of in-market design trends Monthly tracking of creative time against client budgets and ensuring account teams are notified on currentspend Managing Creative Services tasks lists and noting priorities Supporting the creation of New Business proposals & budgets as well as brand/strategy research forcreative ideation Management of iLUKA Digital Asset Management tool "Collaborate" Supporting onsite Photography & Videography projects and needs To support in the onboarding & management of freelance resources, process invoices as well as managingrelationships with agents To support the manager in key client relationships Preparation of agenda for weekly meetings and tracking task lists & outputs Supporting the Creative Services team onsite for delivery of Brand Activations & Event experiences as needed This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Experience working in sports event management and / or experiential deliveries An eye for design & passion for creativity Experience of managing projects or teams Client management and delegation of tasks to a wider team Experience in working with designers Previous experience in the management of design/build projects Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills Effective resource planning Commercial acumen and budget management Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Suite / Creative Cloud) Attributes: High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environment Flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved Passionate about sport, hospitality and delivery Able to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environment Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
