What You Will Do
Manage and support a team of social workers to deliver exceptional fostering services.
Coordinate and oversee assessments of foster carers and placements to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
Develop and implement effective, child-centred care plans.
Oversee the safe recruitment, training, and supervision of foster carers.
Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of fostering provision.
Maintain compliance with fostering regulations and ensure best practice across the team.
