A well-established legal firm in Hampshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and highly regarded private client team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
* Managing probate and estate administration cases from instruction through to completion
* Advising on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitive private client matters
* Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
* Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the department

About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters
* Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* STEP qualification or working towards STEP is advantageous
* Ambitious and motivated to progress within a reputable firm
