We're now looking for a Co-Pack Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards by performing inspections, maintaining compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across our co-pack operation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure customer standards are met and comply with Quality Systems
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and support external auditors during inspections
* Monitor and calibrate measuring equipment, escalating any non-compliance issues promptly
* Drive corrective actions for product quality issues and complete root cause analysis for customer complaints
* Promote a clean, safe working environment and assess supplier compliance with quality requirements
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience in a quality-focused role (essential); experience in food manufacturing or co-pack environments is an advantage
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage files and records effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and explain methodologies and work collaboratively in a team
* Ability to interpret written, spoken, or diagrammatic instructions accurately, combined with strong problem-solving skills
* Confident in engaging with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high standards
