IF YOU ARE
1. Experienced in designing, building, and deploying AI systems in production environments
2. Proficient in Python with a strong command of ML and AI libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
3. Skilled in designing agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
4. Hands-on in fine-tuning LLMs to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and optimise infrastructure usage
5. Good at building LLM evaluation pipelines for reliable and stable applications
6. Proficient in creating secure, high-performance RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Django REST Framework to integrate AI services with backend systems
7. Experienced in integrating third-party APIs and foundation models from platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, and Microsoft Azure AI
8. Familiar with retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus to provide accurate contextual information to AI agents
9. Experienced with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Rasa
10. Comfortable implementing and testing speech recognition and synthesis technologies, including Whisper, Azure Speech, Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Transcribe, or Speechmatics
11. Knowledgeable in AI observability tools such as TruLens, Helicone, or Langfuse to monitor and improve LLM reliability
12. Familiar with AI safety, reliability, and guardrail frameworks such as Guardrails AI for responsible deployments
13. Collaborative and communicative, able to work across multi-disciplinary teams involving engineers, researchers, and designers to enhance AI agent reasoning and performance
14. Proficient in explaining complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders while balancing innovation with practical delivery

15. Design, build, and optimise Conversational AI systems that combine speech, voice, and text to deliver seamless user experiences
16. Implement agentic and multi-agent AI architectures, enabling complex, multi-turn reasoning and automated task execution
17. Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and speech models for improved accuracy, latency, and overall system efficiency
18. Develop evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for model reliability, drift, and bias management
19. Integrate AI services and APIs across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security compliance
20. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems align with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles
21. Experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks, contributing to the continuous advancement of SoftServe’s AI engineering practices
22. Drive innovation in Conversational and Voice AI, shaping the next generation of human-AI interaction
