Are you passionate about hotelier and love the idea of combining hotel systems and training staff with international travel?
We’re hiring a Trainer Manager to join a leading global hospitality brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system implementation projects across hotels worldwide—delivering training, configuring systems, troubleshooting onsite, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience. If you don't have much experience in systems, they will provide training and support.
What you’ll do:
* Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities
* Build system databases and set up hardware/network
* Lead classroom training and provide go-live support
* Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams
What we’re looking for:
* +4 years of experience in hotel operations and training staff
* Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config)
* Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (90%)
