A day in the life
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
* Generate new and repeat business
* Obtain new instructions for properties to market
* Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
* Complete contracts on properties
* Upsell additional products
* Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
* Canvass the local area
* Door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Experience as an estate agent ready to take the next step in their career
* Team spirit and ability to work well with others
* Support the manager by helping to lead the team
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work independently and under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
* Strong attention to detail
