Portico is looking for an exceptional Guest Services Manager to lead the delivery of world class Boardroom and Front of House services provided by our team at the Bristol, Reading and London offices of a revered law firm.

Acting as the heartbeat of the operations, you’ll create a welcoming and community focused environment while ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of all Portico services including Reception, Boardrooms and Switchboard.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, becoming the trusted “go to” person on site.
* Create a warm, engaging workplace experience that enhances daily life for the firm’s colleagues.
* Manage, motivate and develop a diverse team, ensuring high performance and exceptional service.
* Oversee staffing, SOPs, audits, KPIs and SLAs to maintain consistently high standards.
* Produce monthly client reports and act as the key escalation point for senior leadership.
* Work closely with stakeholders on projects, co working initiatives and service improvements.
* Ensure compliance with security, health & safety and employment legislation.
* Regularly visit the Bristol and Reading offices as part of your leadership remit.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £50,000 per annum


Qualifications

* Extensive leadership experience in a high-end corporate or premium service environment.
* Proven ability to lead large, dynamic teams and develop future leaders.
* Strong client service background with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
* Confident communicator who builds rapport, trust and positive relationships at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
* High attention to detail, polished personal presentation and a calm, professional manner.
* Experience with meeting room booking systems (e.g. Condeco), visitor management tools, helpdesk systems, and AV/conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams).
