We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Architect with extensive experience in process reengineering within the Insurance market. This role will play a pivotal part in the Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programme, driving strategic initiatives to optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide Target Operating Model (TOM) in alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Design and document end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business needs, and develop solutions that address organisational challenges.
* Drive process reengineering initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on process improvement opportunities and implementation strategies.
* Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards to facilitate consistent and effective process management.
* Act as a subject matter expert on business architecture principles, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
* MUST have Insurance experience, 5 + years minimum
* In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN), and enterprise architecture tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Experience leading process reengineering initiatives, driving change management, and managing stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Certification in business architecture or process improvement methodologies (e.g., CBAP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
