Overview
We\'re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing to join their team delivering management services across housing frameworks in the Birmingham area. This is a key role focused on managing supplier relationships, supporting members, and driving business development within the housing sector.
This position is offering a full-time permanent contract.
What the Role Includes
The Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing will receive:
* Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
* Pension scheme: 5% contribution matching employee contribution
* Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata to the start date (financial and holiday years run July to June) plus statutory bank holidays
* Hybrid working options
* Full-time permanent contract
Key Responsibilities
* Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes.
* Provide operational support to the Member Services Team and supply chain partners.
* Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
* Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts.
* Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for members.
* Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value to members.
* Support events, including seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong supply chain relationships.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities.
* Keep abreast of legislative or sector changes affecting delivery of services.
Requirements for the Partnerships Manager Position
* Previous experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the housing or construction sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable.
* Confident, resilient, and able to work as part of a team.
