Paddox Primary School is a large school and this is an exciting time to join our hard working, dedicated group of staff. We are three form entry school situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Rugby. We are looking to recruit two TA2's who will foster a love of learning with interesting and creative learning experiences. In March 2023 we received a good grading from Ofsted. Our report said:’ Pupils play happily work hard and achieve well.’ At our school. enjoyment and excellence go hand in hand. We would like to hear from applicants who can help us to maintain and further develop the school’s good reputation and positive ethos. We require a 2 suitably qualified TA2’s, to support the children in our school. A significant part of the role will be working as a 1:1.
