About the role
As Care Home Manager you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care to residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, and take responsibility for the operating profit and regulatory compliance of the facility.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding, personalised care to residents, putting their needs and wellbeing first.
* Lead, develop and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team.
* Identify business opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
* Take responsibility for the operating profit of the home.
* Maintain regulatory compliance across all relevant areas.
* Build strong internal and external relationships with key audiences, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise.
* Management qualification such as LMCS, RMA, or equivalent.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in a heavily regulated sector.
* Capability for continuous improvement and confident, influential leadership.
