You’ll be at the heart of our operations streamlining processes, supporting teams, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
What exactly will you do?
* Lead, manage, and develop the Admin Team to ensure consistent high performance and service delivery
* Monitor KPIS and drive team performance
* Resolve conflict within the team before it escalates by mediating any conflicts.
* Deliver 1 to 1’s
* Allocating and managing tasks within the team and resolving any conflict or confusion of tasks
* Training, supporting and upskilling employee
* Manage day-to-day operations across ClearVUE’s administrative functions to ensure effective coordination and communication
* Compiling and assuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts.
* Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems, policies, and workflows.
* Any additional ad hoc tasks in line with business requirements.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of experience in managing a team
* A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to effectively manage and drive a high performing team
* A clear communicator and active listener
* Creative mindset and an outside of the box approach to problem solving
* Comfortable being fully transparent with your team and keeping them up to date with necessary business updates
* Proven ability to be consistent in the management of your team
