* Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
* £16.00 per hour
* Initial 3-Month Contract to July 2025
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in the North London area, seeking a Compliance Support Officer to support the Technical Services team. This is a busy role ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems. Candidates with experience in statutory electrical compliance will be highly regarded.
This is a hybrid position, with one day per week in the office (Tuesday) and the remainder worked remotely. The contract runs initially to July 2025, with potential for extension.
Key Duties
* Review risk assessments, service records, and raise necessary repairs/actions.
* Monitor completion of actions and update internal systems.
* Upload compliance documentation to internal systems accurately.
* Arrange appointments for statutory checks and liaise with contractors and residents.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Administrative experience within compliance, housing, property services or building safety.
* Preferably, knowledge of statutory electrical compliance.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.
* Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to workload.
