Job Description
The Sales Director Low Voltage Circuit Protection Devices will be responsible for leading a small team of electrical wholesale field sales professionals, developing marketing and sales strategies, and expanding the company's presence in the low voltage circuit protection market.
* Manage a team of two sales professionals and recruit two additional specification field sales staff.
* Develop relationships with electrical contractors and target national electrical wholesalers and buying groups.
* Support the sale of low voltage electrical equipment including consumer units, main switches, RCBO, MCB, RCD, surge protection devices, and rotary isolator switches.
* Work closely with the Managing Director to develop pricing, regional coverage, and promotional strategies.
Candidate Profile
* Must have experience in the low voltage circuit protection market.
* Preferably senior level (Managing Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Technical Director, or R&D Director).
* Open to candidates with extensive industry knowledge, including those nearing retirement.
* Deep understanding of single-phase and three-phase consumer units.
* Strong strategic management, marketing, contract law, financial management, and negotiation skills.
* Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
* Well-established industry contacts and a collaborative leadership style.
