IT Technician [Ref: NBK8951]
Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group.
Salary: £27,785 - £30,364 per annum.
Working pattern: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday; 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Friday.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Role Overview
As an IT Technician you will support information technology across the Group, working with a team that maintains an IT infrastructure covering approximately 10,000 machines across ten sites.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, hardware and peripherals.
* Proven problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
* Previous experience in an IT technical support role, with demonstrated knowledge and appropriate skills.
