JGA Recruitment are excited to partner with a scaling organisation to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join a collaborative, people-focused HR function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a large team and wants to gain exposure in a scaling and transformational environment, working closely with the Payroll Manager & other Payroll Administrators.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy across payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end monthly UK payroll processing
* Month-end and year-end payroll activities, including P60s and reconciliations with HMRC
* Supporting payroll, pension, and benefits queries with a high level of professionalism and discretion
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in a payroll processing role from a high-volume environment.
* Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
* A proactive, service-driven and detail-oriented mindset
* Ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
